IBSC Procedures

IBSC should be constituted by all institutions handling hazardous microorganisms and/ or GE organisms. For details on the IBSC click here.

• IBSC must be registered and approved by RCGM through this portal. Registration is free and mandatory. Kindly register your IBSC by using the link below.
• Only the utmost authority or person recommended by the utmost authority is eligible for registration of IBSC.
• RCGM will verify the details and will provide username and password for completion of the registration process.
• On successful registration, IBSC will be notified through registered email.
• The registration will be valid for a period of three years and should be renewed after every three years.
• Submission of application through this portal can only be performed after successful registration of IBSC.
• The utmost authority of the registered IBSC may create multiple login ids.
